Yoga in Leighton Buzzard: Terms and conditions
Welcome to Yoga with Love! I'm delighted to have you join our community in Leighton Buzzard. To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to create a clear understanding of our classes, bookings, and what to expect from my expert tuition.

Booking and payments made simple
I offer expert tuition to make yoga accessible to everyone. To register your interest in a class, click the link below. Payment is either buying a block for the month or a drop in price. Simply put, if you are block buying, the price works at £7 a class and drop in is currently £8 per class. All block bookings are paid for before the month begins and is non refundable. Currently, bookings are paid for by BACS, details of which are given once you have joined a class, or cash. Once you have joined the group you will be added to a WhatsApp group where you can book your places. Please be aware that a register is kept for monitoring and insurance purposes.
Regarding workshops and restorative sessions: a non refundable deposit will secure your place and the remainder paid in advance. Details will be given individually for each event.

Your well-being is our priority
At Yoga with Love, I am committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all my students in Leighton Buzzard. To help me achieve this, please:
- Complete the Health Questionnaire before your first class to inform me of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy, including emergency contact name and number.
- Please seek medical advice for any conditions you have.
- Listen to your body and never push beyond your limits.
Please ensure you read and sign the Health Questionnaire including the disclaimer.
I encourage a respectful and mindful atmosphere, ensuring everyone can enjoy their practice. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and ensure you are ready for the session to start on time with phones on silent in respect of other students.
In some workshops or restorative sessions, essential oils will be used and drinks and nibbles offered. Please let me know of any allergies when booking a place.

Preparing for your accessible yoga class
My classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Please read the class descriptions to see which will suit you best. If not sure, reach out to me and we can discuss. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for full range of motion. I recommend bringing your own yoga mat and a water bottle. My expert tuition ensures you receive guidance tailored to your needs. All poses have clear verbal cues, are modelled and modifications offered thus making classes accessible to student. Not everyone likes hands-on-assist, therefore your consent will be asked for beforehand.
